bet you cant get as much torque from your g63 single cam ??
2.6`s rock, astrons are half the price to get 200 kw`s
compared to g63 single cams.
cheers:Phil.

you might get more torque from your clunky chain driven 2.6 Sigma motor, but it comes so s l o w l y.
What's a chain cost to replace by the way? I'll bet it's more than a belt...

It may cost more then a belt, but you don't have to replace them as often. AND they don't just snap like belts and bend your valves.

My mate had a timing chain come off his Sigma GSR whilst he was driving it. It was only about 200 kms over it's replacement due date. The whole motor went in the bin. That was a 2.6.
Admittedly, I've had a belt snap on me. All I did was replace it. No other damage was done, luckily!

Its an auto, and the paint is crap, and the motor is a rattler....and its owned by a P plater who cant drive it.
