There was some recent discussion on this car recently off forum.

Some "know all about everything" chap was trying to convince some others this was a bona fide "Group A".

It is questionable whether the car was ever logged booked as a Group A.

I wish I was some 20 years older and with a nice Superannuation payout, I'd buy it for $30K +

If I bought it now, I'd have the shit kicked out of me  :x

PS. *** It Sold! Anyone from here buy it????

I offered him 35k last year and he stuffed around and didn't bother returning calls etc. In the end I left it and am happy I did as in all honesty it will never be logged book in Australia, it is left hook which limits use for me and the motor might be a handgrenade waiting to blow (it's only a 2.6 anyway!!!). I think the suspension parts on it are worth having but they may be also past their useby date. I hope the new owner can some how get it 'invited' to a few historic group A events but I think it might race as a sports sedan again as it did in the mid 90's. Beautiful car - looks and workmanship are stunning.

I would not be unhappy allsaid if I was the owner and it sat in my garage for 'special occassions'! :D
