WTB: JA Starion parts for RWC in Melb...

Post by goo857 »

Greetings all!

I've just recently purchased my first Starion after owning an AC Cordia GSR for a few years and I need some parts for RWC. If anyone could help me locate following, I'd very much appreciate it:

*Driver's seat belt.................(Mine is frayed)
*Emission hoses....................(Mine have been disconnected)
*Clutch cylinder.....................(Mine is leaking)
*Idler arm.............................(Mine is worn. Not sure what it is though)
*Rear brake-lines...................(Mine have perished)
*Left-hand outer tie rod end....(Mine is worn)
*Either left-hand-rear JB/D tailight or JA taillights for both sides

If anyone has some buttons for the left-hand-side of the instrument binnacle, a passenger-side sun visor mount, a hand-brake button and a JA centre console, I'd be interested in those too.

Also, could anyone tell me some good places to take my Starion to if I need some work done? I'm not sure if my mechanic would know much about them.

Thanks heaps in advance for any assistance, it's much appreciated. I look forward to meeting you guys soon.

Please PM, SMS, or call me...

Rod & Shane Jones Motorsport here in Bathurst :)
They Raced them and they know them pretty well.
Rod & Shane are top blokes too :)

Or Sydney you can check out "Coltspeed" (that ones for you flappa)
and talk to Ron and the gang (Rod used to drive alongside Ron)
www.coltspeed.com

In Melb/Adel you could try Beyond the Limit Motorsport (Chris Collier)
www.beyondthelimit.com.au

Um... There are others but they are the best that i can gather.

clutch master cylinder is easy to fix (unless there's major damage). Just go to autobarn or somewhere and order a rebuild kit, costs around $10, then just pull it apart and replace the seals.

simple

if u need more help, put a post in the tech section
