Yep do it yourself. About $15 per 90 degree bend.
Line up and cut the pipe yourself.
Then add $70-$100 to get it all welded up.
Add $150-$200 for some silicon joiners and clamps and your done.

I have an intercooler for sale, together with stainless steel intercooler piping to suit a TC 06 and standard throttle body. Also includes blowoff valve. Should only need very minor mods to suit L300. Asking $500. If you give me your email address I will send you photos.

Or come round my place - I still have 4 or 5 bends (2 and quarter inch) left over mild stel - $10.00 each. They come in both left and right hand designs :D
And I'm round the corner.
Cheers

What size are the inlet and outlet pipes on your intercooler? Get piping to match this if possible.

Tell us exactly what you have, what way the turbo outlet points, what manifold and TB, and where are the inlet/outlets of the cooler sitting.
On mine I used 5 90's and 1 180, 2in from turbo to cooler, 2 1/2 from cooler to standard JB TB. yours should be the same

well i went to livo exhaust and found that the bends are real tiny, i thought they would be alot bigger...
turbos facing the tb...
with these bends itll still cost a fair bit to do it.
wantsom how big are your pipes?
i got quoted 500$$ for the intercooler mounted and the plumbing from a performance shop but i was thinking for them to just mount and weld the pipes

Its easy to make the brackets to mount the cooler yourself, rotate the compressor housing so it faces 9oclock, run a 90deg 2in bend off that, into a straight, through rad' suport panel, a 90 deg bend into the cooler (depending on where the inlet is) Out of the cooler witha 90deg bend, therough the rad suport, allong the chassis rail into a 90deg bend and take it up to the TB then into a 180deg bend and into the TB.
should only cost a few hundred if you buy the bends and straight pipe, measure , cut yourself then take them back to the shop and have them weld them for you.
Hoses and clamps will bump the price up maybe 50 tops
Im asuming you can cut the pipe at home, if you need help we arent far away
