G'day mates

(Sorry that was a poor attempt from a Cuban living Stateside to fit in, but I try ) :D

Anyhow....
I am currently making these in a large production run so I could drive the price DOWN and offer more features and still keep the price the same as before. And I have done so.

The REAR set of Camber Plates (Or Strut Plates as you may know them) will be made from steel vs the original design in Aluminum (A bit more strength for those of you looking for something TOUGH) Also the fastners/hardware will be grade 5 Stainless Steel vs the original steel and nickle. And finally the plates will be Powder coated BLACK for a nice finished look.

The Photo bellow is of the original prototypes in Aluminum and with standard steel fastners so the one for sale NOW will look the SAME as far as design and dimmentions but will have the new features mentioned above.

These Rear Camber Plates are compatible wsith BOTH Original suspenssion and Coil Overs. So its UNIVERSAL for the Starion and ALL models and years and best of all NO MODIFICATIONS are needed, just replace your original strut TOPS with these and re-assemble the assembly and you are good to go. So AGAIN these are BOLT-ON.

Image

More info on these camber plates can be found at the LINK bellow, and remember these REAR Camber Plates are the ONLY ONES available out there for ANYWERE NEAR this price. The next closest one is over USD$200.00 and they are NOT BOLT-ON like these are. And YES they WILL work with either Coil overs AND OEM Springs, the others CANNOT make that claim. So these are one of a kind and for the price... well you know... well worth it

Now as far as PRICE.
The Complete set of TWO with ALL hardware as pictured above (But in Steel and powdercoated) will be USD$85.00/AUD$120.00 (Please check exchange rates for more up to date rates) and INCLUDES Air Mail posting to you in Australia or New Zealand. (4-10 days delivery to your door)

Man Cookie...!
Are you just sitting in front of the computer waiting for a post to look at ?
Must be nice huh ? :D

Anyhow...
I ONLY have TWO left in Aluminum for the ORIGINAL struts and THREE to use with Adjustable Aftermarket Struts with the thicker Shaft. (This option is more likely for us here in the US)

Price IS the same for either STEEL or Aluminum but the NEW ONES will be STEEL as to increase rigidity and longivity concerns by some members.

Cookie:
I have posted the payment info on the first post for all to see and have available. Pay-pal is preffered as its faster and safer for all.

Also Cookie I just wnat to make sure you get what you need so I am looking for the dimmentions of the center slider hole for the aftermarket shocks to make sure they will work with yours. But beeing aluminum they can easily be grinded open a bit more woth little effort. But in any case I want to make sure of the demmentions before I sell you somethign that will not fit .

Do you have the OD of the threaded part of the shocks YOU have now ?
Thanks again mates

Can't see the picture Oscar, or follow the link, is it just me??

If the steel is TOUGH, how whimpy is the aluminium and what is the weight difference? :?

Which one would better suit a car that will do mainly circuit events PLUS the odd road (bitumen) rally like Mt Buller Sprint, East Coast Rally etc.?
Cookie, Flav, anyone else, your 2 pennies worth?

I'd give a clear yes or no if I could see the picture

Sounds good though Oscar.

I guess you need a new puter mate ! =)
Just checked and loaded this page and the link with both a Mac and a PC"shit" and both loaded fine.

I will try e-mailing you the link and the pic NOW.
And PERSONALLY I will go with Steel just for the added peace of mind. And I personally dont mind the extra 1lb of weight these will add over the aluminum BUT they will be about the same weight as the Original Stru tops you have from factory. So pound for pound they will be same as the originals if you go Steel.

Thansk

Don't these require sphericals on top?
