if you are only doing it for a limited time, and you are willing do drive VERY slow.. you could do a westie job and use some PVC and some rubber hoses, the hose before the turbo you could use marine grade exhaust hose, much cheaper then silicone and will handle the heat quite well...
In fact, if you wanted to spend around $50, just use the marine grade exhaust hosed for the whole length, it is steel reinforced, so it can bend but won't cavate under boost and it will handle the heat without many problems.

Actually you are in need of TWO pieces....
One is a metal pipe in a "C" shape coming from the engine bay, and one a braided rubber hose (Similar to the others in the IC piping set) from that "C" to the IC out pipe.
So basically you can make it yourself rather simple, a "C shaped hard pipe and a radiaitor coolant hose to match your bends and cut to fit. That will be the cheapest way to go.
otherwise I can get them for you BUT Ship time and cost to ship will be more than the hoses itself.
