FS: My brothers pride and joy: 12 sec staz

OK guys, I only just recently sold my starion :cry: and now its my brothers turn. He is also moving on in life and has already purchased his new Lexus, so desperately needs to part with his starion.

This car has been extensively modified with reliability being priority, and should have minimal fuss as a daily driver. My car was the test bed, and the final product is demonstrated in his car. Its a quick car and will easily run in the 12's.

So if anyone out there is interested, please feel free to contact me to organise an inspection or test drive.

some of the details about the car are:

-----ENGINE BAY-----
* Huge Garrett T04-E turbo. Turbo is BRAND NEW ($2.5k's worth) and only travelled about 2000 km.
* 2.6L engine around 10k old
- Polished and ported head
- hypertectic pistons
- shotpeened rods and crank
- race cam
- MPI with 550cc injectors
- Double valve springs
- 70mm Throttle Body
- high performance oil pump
* US Starion Intercooler with modified end tanks for 3" piping
* twin bosch BOV
* Malpassi fuel pressure regulator
* External wastegate
* Full stainless steel mandrel bent exhaust
* 5-puck brass-button clutch
* 1.5 ton pressure plate
* new 16" mags and tyres
* relocated battery to boot
* Kamikazi 500hp fuel pump
* Multi-coil ignition
* Crank angle sensor

------ENGINE MANAGMENT-----
* Wolf 3D V.4 computer with hand controller, memory chips and laptop software and adapter.

------ACCESSORIES/INTERIOR-----
* aftermarket gear knob
* BOSS Sports steering wheel
* remote alarm and central locking
* new carpets
* sports pedals
* aftermarket oil pressure gauge
* Aftermarket boost pressure gauge

------BODY------
* Custom lower front bar
* Custom rear spoiler
* JD Front bumper with driving lights
* Sunroof

------OTHER-----
* Rego till July 2004
* engineers certificate
* Roadworthy certificate
* EPA Report

The car drives brilliantly, and test drives are welcome. He desperately needs to get rid of
the car to help pay of his new ride.

I'm asking $7300 for the car, and as mentioned the car comes with Road-worthy certificate, engineers certificate and EPA report. Unfortunately the car has owed him $18,000 over the last 12 months (and no that does not include labour) so you can rest assured you will be buying a well built and very fast car.

You can contact me anytime on my mobile on: 0438525754
or at home (after 5:30 weekdays, anytime weekends) on (03)94376209.
I'm located in Mill Park (Bundoora area).

cheers.
Radek.

The stock 14inch flat wheels? No, they dont. You are thinking of Widebody wheels. I suggest you do some more research.

Damn radek, nice car, i rekon you'll get what your asking for it.

thanks guys, yeah its pretty hard to sell a nice staz. Just waiting on an interested buyer now.... Will yet you know how I go. OH btw fuel consumption is as follows for those that might fear it chews: 9 l/100km on highway, 12 l/100km in city. Yep it didn't really get thirsty with the mods which is always a plus. Its tuned for PULP, but with the wolf, do as you wish.

The starion is still for sale, haven't got much interest off the starion site unfortunately. At best, the price is now $7000, possibly including some spare T04 turbo's. I would like the car to go to a fellow enthusiast that will take car of it, but if no interest is shown, then I will have to advertise it in the auto trader..

cheers.

I will break my silence right now, and say that i'm going to go to my bank this friday and apply for a personal loan to finance. I'm not going to say that YES i will,

Truth is yes I want this car,

Problem is, with my work hours reduced since going back to school, I need to be realistic about repayments.

I'm stopping short of ring Radek and saying YES YES yes! SOmething which i'm dying to do.

for sale

Thanks mate. I know you've always been keen on this car. I understand how you feel though, its a pain trying to study and have an income at the same time. Well let me know if you do have any luck.

all the best. Radek.
