I found on trade me these little beauties, I intend to buy one myself and put it in my front skirt, should fill the whole air vent with the core alone, I'm going to be using my stock IC piping plus some extra bent pipe so it all goes together nicely. Turbo lag maybe an issue though.

These are a Chinese cooler, they are a copy of HYBRID and i have used then before. They do work well but are very heavy and lag does not seem to be an issue. If thats all ok with you then you will like it just fine.

I am very interested, but my question about the piping is this: Is it stainless steel? Or mild steel? And where does it goto? Like I mean, the piping from the cooler to the inlet. Because I am going MPI soon, and I don't know if the cooler piping will work with MPI?

Well what we do is spin the turbo housing around so its at the bottom, relocate the dipstick and power steering res., run it out under the light into the cooler, out of the cooler under the light and battery tray and up into the manifold. Sound easy enough? I put the blow off under the battery so the POOLICE dont gimme greif. Want pics???
...and thats with the big mumma 780 b&p cooler too!

Aren't the copy coolers bar and plate, so they will be heavier than tube and fin type. There are some on ebay as well.

Yes pics please. If it is really easy to modify for MPI, and it is shinny, then I will get it for sure. But it also depends on the sizing of the piping also. My turbo outlet already faces to the guard.

Thats the one Matey, but if you go with the 780 you may have to trim the rails about 10mm each side just in front of the rad support area. Sorry if the pic is blurrrrrry.

:D Thankyou Gentlemen :D

If you contemplate doing a cooler job please dont forget to bead or roll the ends of your pipes as they WILL blow off the cooler or other areas if you dont, this is a common problem that people have after an install and it stops your car dead in its tracks. You can get this done at any decent exhaust place or if you have a welder you can put a bead or little blobs of weld at the ends. I use 2.5'' tube and joined it in areas where you would get 'flex' from the engine movement with 2.5'' hose, i cut the joiner hose long so i could use 2 clamps per side. On the cooler there is 3'' to 2.5'' reducers in silicone, (shop around as these babys are expensive, try ebay) and it uses the more expensive comp. clamps there. I put the bov under the battery and the nos line up the top near the last vertical bend. I also added an extra fuel injector up top just before it enters the T/Body. All tubing is avail. from Bursons and you will need about 10,000 cuting discs for your grinder!
