Hi,
a good few years ago some company in Melbourne was making new exhaust manifolds to suit the Starion. You could order them with the TC06 bolt pattern or the Garrett TO3 bolt pattern. They were proper high temp ductile cast iron and did not crack. If anyone may know who this company was and if they may still have the patterns/moulds please let me know.
