Sure is very nice. Says no mods, but I've never seen a JB with a scoop in the bonnet. Also unusual colour combo, black paint with burgundy interior. I suspect that someone has replaced the bonnet & repainted the whole car. To their credit, they have done a beautiful job.

Is that a bolt holding up the parcel shelf? I saw one similar in the UK in an original condition I don't think it got its askign price of £1700 / 3000aud

It looks like it's not the original shelf, the bolt is a bit of all thread that is probably supporting the weight of the speakers.

Also, looks like it has different cooling fans in the engine bay, there's the top of 2 cowls in front of the radiator. :wtf:

I would put money on it originally being a seychelles red over chateau beige car like the one I restored, due to it having the turbo door handles, lsd, maroon interior. Black two tone cars had the silver or chateau beige on the bottom, and to my knowledge weren't available with the maroon interior, only the tan velour.

I'd be interested to know the original colour code.

Looks great though, I'm not sure why you couldnt get a solid black car with the maroon interior...
