Be also bucketloads stronger than the pressed rubbish that we get. I strengthened mine by welding a plate across the bottom to box them a bit.

That's exactly what I thought but by widening the track it would also dial in some camber as well.

Not necessarily.. it's aluminium, not steel.

The weak point will be the thread on the heim joint. Google "rod ends in bending".

Depends on what the Rod End is made of.

When I get around to making some front & rear arms up, mine will be Cro-Moly tube, with Carbon infused Rod Ends.
