As per title must be 100 % UNSEIZED and both lh and rh will fit I have 4 cables 1 works, thanks guys[/b]

Sounds too familiar. Have you tried soaking them in kero, using penetrene, Wd40, freeze spray and the likes? And a fair bit of wrestling too... :roll:

Hang it up and let the wd40 run down the cable. Leave it a day or so topping it up with wd40 every now and then. Then try and pull the cable loose. Or you can also put one end of the cable in a vice, hold the other end of the cable and try to move the sheath instead, you can get a better hold on the outside. Try twisting it also, in the direction of the cable twist so you're not opening the cable up as you twist (tighten it instead, you'll see what I mean)
