Hi iXNAY,

i don't have any autos laying around unfortunately. I'm pretty sure the autos that where used in the scorp are the same as the sigma though so hopefully that helps to extend your search both made by borgwarner if i remember right.
Could be worth cross checking that with the guys over at sigma-galant.

The scorpions were fully imported and used the Torqueflite (MA904) auto's NOT the BW.

iXNAY, your 2 weeks too late, I gave away a rusted Scorp shell with a reco'd Torqueflite in it.
Sorry.

Cheers.

ALL sigma and scorpion Astron engines that use an auto, are Narrow blocks (310mm between the dowels).
Not sure about the auto's used in the Triton and Pajero Astrons.

Cheers.

so the 2.6L astron from a sigma is the same auto box as the scorpion?

or it is a narrow bolt pattern but a different box?

Narrow block different auto.
Sigma used a Borg Warner.
If at first you don't succeed, maybe skydiving just wasn't your sport!
