if you like minilite style there's the Rota RB 17X8.5 +4 for under $1400, they fill out the guards big time!

there's another one which is a 6 spoke 17X8 +15 they're a bit cheaper but dont fill the guards quite as well...

ok cool. i was looking at some speedy lite-fin 18's which looked really good but the offset was way off. hence the spacer question :)

My understanding is if they are hubcentric and engineered you can run a bolt on spacer

True BUT they are FACTORY along with different size tyres front to rear and are original equipment so they are ADR approved

The other one is AVANTI STAGE +15 AT APP$300 PER WHEEL. T hey are 7 spoke and similar to the early GTR wheels
If they are not what you are looking for I could be persuaded to sell a full set (5) of factory 15's or my 4 ULTRALITES 15 X7

ive been speeking to the guys at wheel worx about wheel spacers and he makes them custom to suit the hubs and the bore of the rim. they insure me they are perfectly safe when they are hub centric to the wheels. he runs bolt on spacers on all their drift cars. he is making me a set to suit a set of speedy lite fin 18x7.5 rims. they look pretty good... in my opinion anyway lol cant wait to get the spacers and put em on :D

there's no doubt in my mind that you can make spacers safe (ie as evidenced by porsche), but ask your insurance company if they'll cover the car if it's fitted with them...

i know for a fact in QLD you're not allowed spacers at all it is a huge no-no, other than if they are factory fitted of course (but how many cars are)

Couldnt agree more, although the idea of spacers sounds dodgy, ive never heard of a car breaking the studs because of a spacer, the only time ive heard of the studs breaking is on drag cars
