Hi all,

I've had this one for about 5 years now, kept it registered until it copped a work order.

Car is complete, will be sold with (not attached to car) damaged JB/JD front bar, spare tc05 cartridge, sonata inlet manifold modified to suit front facing throttle body, 66mm ea falcon throttlebody, spare cracked head for parts. Interior is boxed, what is in the car is minimalistic.

I have a set of 550cc RX7 injectors to suit the sonata manifold, these might be thrown in for the right price.

Car has on it reconditioned tc06 with uncracked exhaust manifold, new waterpump, new headgasket, reconditioned bottom end (purchased on austarion). Car also has a 3 puck racing clutch with under 500km on it.

Car has a cracked head, oil in coolant etc - runs, doesnt sound very nice. Only has two bad areas of rust, under each door (pictured).

All up, asking $1500... quite a good find considering all the parts. There are plenty of other parts i have which arent mentioned, which i could throw in for free - i have a garage full of Starion...

I live in Bunbury, Western Australia. Free to deal with car removalists if you organise it.

James

:o :o :o :o :o :o I have to keep asking myself, how does a performance car costing $22,000 in 1982 and that was once probably the best most technologically advanced japanese car of its time end up like this.
One has to wonder.

I think it's because most Aussies were stuck in their "Ford/Holden V8 wonderland" and chose to run with a far less advanced machine like the VC SL/E.

Yer its crazy. For $1,500 it would be a good parts car. Cant have too many of those I say.
