FS: [NSW] Starion motor and gearbox – Sydney

For sale:
- Stock standard 4g63 sohc motor, including turbo, exhaust and inlet manifolds and ECU if required
- Starion gearbox

Condition:
Top end of motor has had a lot spent on it by previous owner. He gave me receipts for about 5 thousand dollars worth of work - turbo rebuild, new exhaust manifold, head rebuild and tbi rebuild - injectors have JUST started to leak again, but very minor. Problem with the motor is bottom end isn't all that healthy. Drinks a fair bit of oil. With normal driving it'd take about a half litre of oil per week or sometimes per fortnight. if i drove a bit more enthusiastic like, its oil consumption would become around a litre a week. Motor ran extremely smooth however, and still made 99rwkw on stock boost, when dynoed a couple of months ago. Can be put into a car and will run fine as long as you keep topping up the oil. I've always ran it on Castrol Edge Sport.

As for the gearbox it has a whine when not under load at over 2500 rpm. No noise when under load from your right foot.

The sooner I can sell these, the happier I wil be, so I'm more inclined to be VERY negotiable on price earlier on. As my finances improve, I will be less inclined to sell this stuff for cheap lol.
