I'm building a set of adjustable coil-over front struts & need a pair of coil springs.
Unsprung length = 250mm
Compressed length = 100mm (approx)
ID = 60mm
Spring rate 200 ~ 250 LB

OK, thanks, 250LB was just a starting point. If you have stiffer, then I will consider them as well.

Not a chance. You will need to use keeper springs to get anything close to that level of compression. I run 350# front and 300# rear on the street and its reasonably comfy.
Check the King springs catalogue for the range of coil spring lengths, diameters and weights.

For Rally application, I'm looking for raised ride height, long travel & not too stiff, but stiffer than stock.
MrB, Are you suggesting that the unsprung length needs to be around 300mm ?

I'm saying that you are not going to get a 250mm long spring to compress to 100mm easily.
