If its coming out of the wiring theres not much you can do except change them, preferably the mixer assembly as taking them out may cause them to leak.

Any bearing place has them.
8 mm diameter x 2mm thick. Then shave them down to make a tight fit.

And be REALLY careful pulling the injectors out of the top of the ECI. The wires are fragile.....very fragile.
