I have them at the local ABS brake shop now and they can not get a new piston any where. I have also tried BHSS at Capalabah. They cant get new ones either. They can only ReSleeve the old one. Do you have a contact that i could try?

Cheers

Not willing to pay $160 for 2 Rebuilt Front Disc Brake Calipers, with Pads, delivered to your door.

Hmmm....

How much is a piston going to cost you?
How much to hone the caliper bore?
How much for the dust boots?
How much for the rubber seal?
How much for some rubber grease?
How much for a set of pads?
How much for your time to chase around for the parts, dis-assemble your existing calipers, clean them up and then put them back together?

I don't earn much money but when it involves stuff that can save your bacon, like brakes and steering, I'd rather go with the safe option.
Cheap is also good.

I'm not trying to offend anyone (sorry if I have) but I feel it would be hard to go past a cheap pair of reconditioned calipers at this price in lue of time, money and effort required in trying to fix a dud caliper.

Just my 2c worth.

Cheers.
