Hi, as per my other ad, im selling up so i can buy another starion. Unfortunatley this includes my van that i have spent $$$$$ and abot 10000hours building, as i now have a family, and dont need a van for work.

Sonata G4CS block(2.4l) overbored 40 thou with new Hypertech pistons and ACL rings

Galant VR-4 conrods

4g64 reground crankshaft with hastings bearings

Block modified to accept galant VR-4 oil squirters

Ported (and reconditioned) 4g64 cylinder head with solid lifter conversion

JB starion camshaft

Ceramic coated JB starion exhaust manifold

High-flowed starion dash 12v Turbo with ceramic coated exhaust housing

New Daikin Heavy duty clutch (its pink) with lightened flywheel

New clutch cable, reconditioned starter motor

Reconditioned radiator,Two oil coolers

New timing belt, tensioners, seals

Large intercooler 800x230x60

Autronic smc ecu(cost almost $2000)

Galant vr-4 wasted spark coils

Bosch dwell control igniters(cost $440)

Motor was built to run 8.8:1 compression, .75mm squish

Galant Vr-4 fuel injectors(440cc)(cleaned and flowtested)

modified hyundai sonata Multi point fuel injection inlet manifold

3inch mandrel bent exhaust, pod filter

Nissan 300zx front brake calipers and rotors(new pads-good rotors)

Sony cd player with alpine(i think) splits

5xFord ED XR-6 rims with new retreads(they came with the rims)

Bosch 040 fuel pump custom 1litre surge tank walbro prepump(all new)

Van has approximately 160,000 km although the dash shows 310,000, as the dsah was swapped for a tacho dash

Seperate small radiator for the turbo

Adjustable cam gear(modified to suit)

XF idle solenoid, Modified breather setup

Oil pressure gauge, Diagnostic light on dash

New belts and hoses, Galant Vr-4 BOV

Made 129rwkw on 5psi run in tune

Motor has only done run in on dyno

Van is not registered or engineered, for engineering it will require a catalytic converter, and possibly a second muffler.May require air box, and BOV to be recirculated Will also require a new rear tyre, as one of the retreads started to delaminate on the dyno

Cargo barrier fitted, tow bar

Rear brakes reconditioned

Ultra white headlight globes fotted to upgraded H4 headlight housings
