You can calculate the offset from all the values provided.

wide rims: 252 / 2 - 148 = -22 mm
narrow rims: 217 / 2 - 117 = -8.5 mm

Yep, i did measure from the mounting flange on both measurements. Old mazdas are 4x108 unfortunately, these are off a bmw, which is quite rare.
Does anyone know if there is a chance these will flt on a narrow body, as i dont have one here to measure at the moment. PS i measured to the very edge of the lip, so the measurements make the rim a little wider than it really is

If they're 4x100 - no chance.
This is a VERY popular stud pattern amongst late model jap cars and some others;
Civic
Corolla
Lancer (4 stud obviously)
MX-5 (again 4 stud obviously)
new Minis

The big thing is the offset, as all of the cars above have an offset of around +35

Yes, i mean will they fit if they are redrilled. All the 4x100 cars are FWD, in which case there is no real need for 16 x 10's

Just a note, even if the total width of the rim is 10", it doesn't mean it's a 10" wide rim - they measure it from bead to bead so it's likely to be a 9" wide rim for the wide ones

There are lots of RWD cars which are 4x100mm.

E30 BMWs
Isuzu (Holden) Piazza
Isuzu (Holden) Gemini
Vauxhall Chevette
Opel Kadett C
Mazda MX-5 (with flares I'm sure it will fit 16x9s)
Opel Ascona
Volvo 340/360/440/460/480
Skoda Favorit/Felicia

Old Mazda is actually 4x110mm PCD, same as KE10 and KE20 series Corolla - 4x108mm is for alot of English cars like Ford Escorts, Hillman Hunters, Ford Mondeos etc.

Check this site for a list of PCDs for each make, or what makes use which PCD, although it is biased for the European market and doesn't cover alot of aussie or american cars - http://www.retro-rides.org/wheels.asp?i ... &submit=go

Nope, 2002 turbo. Are you sure mx5's are 4x100, i was pretty sure my starion spare space saver was off an mx5, and its 4x114.3? I guess E30 might be my best option, except most of them want 19inch chromies!

Yep all MX-5's except the latest model which is 5 stud, are 4 x 100.
Factory offset is +35
