I have an opportunity to buy some of these plates (white writing on black background) does anyone know how much they are worth?
Or how many were released?

I think there were 9,999 as they were only a 4 digit number. Cost was only about the same as the standard SA personalised plate.

3 digit number so maybe only 999?
ive personally never seen any not starting with a 1 can anyone confirm this?
