i am however in need of money still and thus am selling an engine...

I guess you are up against second hand twin cam 4g63 which can be bought at many wreckers with a full 3 month warranty for just over $400. I know they don't bolt in but the parts are cheap

with who knows how many km's?!?!
or how it's been driven or serviced or even if it's been serviced...
then after spending extra coin moding to fit it goes bang on 3 months one day...
only to need replacing or rebuilding...
or...
buy one that's already rebuilt...
but meh...

I agree with you gtt23 that a wreckers motor maybe a handgrenade but can you prove yours isn't or have you receipt (warranty) on parts and services supplied with yours? If some one is after a stocker yours would be the ideal alternative but here on this forum it seems most are modifying what they have and realistically a fully rebuilt stocker probably does not appeal accordingly. Maybe there is a more generalised target group which would use this type of motor eg a mitsubishi sigma/lancer/scorpion forum? Hope you can get the money you are chasing I can only see value at about $200 and would take it off your hands as a spare for an emergency so if you do need to move it and that is enough give me a call as I am free this weekend and live in Brissy central. Pity the Gatton sprints and the gold coast meeting were last weekend.
