Got any engine bay shots? Where'd you get it built and tuned? I'd be pretty stoked with 200 at the treads on a street car!! car a dyno print?

:beer
Yes I have some engine bay shots somewhere, however they are not recent shots. I need to take some new pics soon.

I have done the the majority of the work and tuning myself, except for things like the head machine work and turbo rebuild/hi-flow.

I need to scan the dyno print out, to do this i need to actually take my scanner out of its box!

I have seen and been in this car. If there is ever a bargain to be had, then this is it.

To get serious interest, does it need to have more power or something? :)

That's a great colour for a starion.

So how much does everyone think this starion is worth?

I think it's worth every penny of the current asking price. However I'm in the same boat as most others here - already have a staz with too much time & money invested in it.

Be patient, I'm sure someone will come along who realises the value.

Fuel, honestly hold onto it until the right buyer comes up, if you can wait, you will get the price it is so worth

Just a tip, you can put an ad in the TradingPost for a whole year for only $80, the only catch being you have to call them every 3 weeks to tell them to continue the ad if it hasn't sold. I doubt you will get it sold in the Tradingpost, but if you put the beginning as '270Hp Starion in mint condition' then you should get a few interested queries as 'young guys' tend to just look for random cars with nice power, rather then go for a particular car.

Fuel,
hey I know you are just trying to sell your car but what's the difference between the red and blue runs on that dyno graph? And was that 3rd or 4th gear?

thanks,
Mark.

At a guess mark,

Red one is the old curve (with a wolf ecu fitted and tuned)
Blue is the new curve (after tuning)

And i believe it has been done in third gear

The blue line was before the dyno tune, still running the wolf3d etc but only street tuned.

The red line is after 2 hours tuning it on the dyno.

Both were in 3rd gear, we did one run in 4th at the start aswell and it was a little bit higher.
