If you clear them you put in yellow globes.

Just wire em up so they all flash for indicators.... US style. Pretty easy to do... and yes it's still illegal but only if you get caught :D

Pretty sure that is legal in NZ - dunno about you guys across the pond though.
Yes they are legal here (red that is) except the indicator lamp must be dedicated (e.g. doesnt act as a stop lamp as well). If the car is from American origin (e.g. if you imported a US staz) then you can have the whole thing flash if you wanted.

Having the VIR Manual online is great :)

tmz-99 - the area you can't clear is the reflector (I think)
1997 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV 4G63BT
1996 Nissan Maxima VQ30DE (for sale, suit someone who likes the feel of boats when driving)

The lenses are injection moulded in that particular colour..so it wont wash/wipe out...may discolour over time tho.

I may have been wrong on the euro/US lenses. They look pretty good in clear and i think the phillips globes that are silver but glow orange would be a nice combination. The LED globes from Jaycar look shit.
