Man that is clean. It is priced right. I hope you get it I really do. But I think you will be hard pressed to find someone willing to spend the $$$.
Honestly though, it isn't over priced. Just a hard market to sell to.

The price people are asking for them certainly is, but what people are willing to pay isn't :-).
