I've got the head, valve cover, lower intake manifold, pistons, and rods. I need the water crossover pipe for rwd, eci unit, over valve cover pipe, loom, and ecu. The rest is similiar enough with bits available in the states to make work, engine driven accesories, brackets, and such. I have a SOHC exhaust manifold but it is the standard staz one and not the gsr-v.MitsuMadness wrote:Hi! Sure thing, I'll take photos tonight and post them up.
Yeh my JD is a GSR-V with the DASH motor in it from factory, only imported from Japan about 3 years ago. So that's why it came with all the accessories, etc.
What parts are you still needing? I do have some spares.
Since the US is so stringent on imports, I'm building a GSR-V bit by bit. Already have an intercoold, lsd, five lug flatty shell. Just need to finish up the motor bits now.
Also have some US spec parts available/obtainable for trade.
Thanks,
Kane

Wellllll the $200 is just a starting idea really. Once they're cleaned on tuesday and posted up, then people can decide what they're really worth.
I figured a set of good standard mats can be about $80, so a labelled set of 5 STARION mats should be more, but then there's wear and tear. So whoever offers the most can have em!
Personally I'd rather sell them cheap to anyone on the forum, but since it's to fund my twin cam project etc, I should try and get the best I can haha :)

Pictures finally!
Finally here are the photos of the floor mats!
The drivers side one didn't come up quite as well as I had hoped, and as you can see it has had a bit of the rubber chopped at the top so it fits better, and also a bit of the white on the STARION writing is chipped off here and there. The carpet itself isn't really worn much, it just looks a bit that way because of the direction of the grain in the photo.
The water marking around the rubber edge of the rear left floor mat is just from having them washes, and should wash off (detergent residue).
SO pricing wise, offer me what you think, and we'll work something out!
Maybe $150? whoever makes the best offer after a couple of days basically (or first person to say $200 can have them straight away!)
Postage interstate I think would be about $20-30 max.
I kinda secretly want to keep them really so don't mind if they're not worth that much, but money for engine parts is probably more useful than nice mats, so thought if someone wants them for enough then I'll sell them!

yeah they're similar condition to mine, so i'll pass. and yes personally i think you're better off keeping the mats as they werent available over here afaik, and are a jap spec thing that adds to the personality of your car, as its an import...
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.
