mulit? nah's it's spelt mullet... and mullet all ya want :D
if you want to keep your cooler piping the way it is, you'll need an L300 manifold.
depending on what computer you get there's a few way do to ignition i beleive, there's a few threads ala freestyler in the tech section with a lot of questions in it. could be good reading material

yeh there are a lot of threads
as deeks pointed out, for MPI, going l300 if you want the standard "crossover" style pipes as in your display pic...or sonata manifold if you want the neater straight to the front approach.
General overview in my mind is that the piping and make of the Sonata manifold will lead to better power, where the l300 is likely to give a bit better driveability.
In terms of price, you will find that they are likely to be quite similar when it comes down to it, but the sonata route may cost a little more on some occasions due to the need to cut n shut the standard outlet, and bolt on the TB to the other side.
Anyways, check the numerous posts in Tech under my name and MPI or Sonata or Throttle Body, and you should get the answers you need.
