Complete JA being wrecked - Perth *UPDATED*

Just as you get "all" of the problems fixed, more decide to show up.. pissed off with it and don't want to pass over this devil car to anyone else, so I am wrecking the POS. :x

1982 JA -:
UPDATE: Following parts sold or after being removed, turned out to be broken - 3" Exhaust, Exhaust Manifold, AFM, MAP Sensor, Both Headlights and motors,Tail-Light Garnish, Dizzy, Nose Panel, Centre Grille and side grille/indicators, Digital Dash.

2 Custom Pipes made up for ECI/ front mount intercooler setup (see pic - there is a 1 inch adaptor for BOV attachment one of the pipes) - $50 for both
ECI Throttlebody (Plugs been cut off but includes another TB minus injectors, but with all sensors/plugs) - $60
Inlet Manifold (Plugs cut off) - $20
RH Tail-light - (tiny crack in it) $30
LH Tail-light - $50
Rocker Cover - $30
Tailgate with struts and wiper motor- $50
Complete RH Door - (Rust in the inside lower section - Good reg/wind. motor and glass) $50
Complete LH Door - (Bogged up.. good reg/wind. motor and glass) $50

Dashboard - Dark Grey, Perfect condition - no scratches or cracks at all - $75
Glovebox - Dark grey - $30
Ashtray - Needs respray - $10
Rear 1/4 glass - $30 each


Starion Shell (Still has 1 month rego) (Has bare block, auto trans, tailshaft, diff, brakes, rims, standard exhaust, suspension, steering column etc) - $250

Front and rear bar, power steering pump, drivers seat and a few others parts are in such bad condition, they will be going straight in the rubbish.

From what I have heard, the digi dash wiring is the same as the normal one, so it should be a simple switch over.. the cluster itself should just be held in by about 6 screws.. I will have a look tonight.

cheers, i have just replaced the globes in my normal dash to give a wicked red glow. There is only 6screws holding it in place. I can take it out in under 10mins. If it's a straight swap to fit in i'll take it. :D I have only seen it once. would you have any pics of it? b nice to see it all lit up.

The digidash's are indeed a straight swap. Watch out that your speedo is correct afterwards however.

Yeah, I am disappointed to say the least, but I don't have as much time as I used to, and there are still some niggling problems with the car, so I finally decided to get rid of it :(


Yeah, I still have the oil cooler and lines - I will double-check the cooler fins are OK tonight.

gidday iv got a ja 83 starion. I waz wonderin if u were sellin tha struts on your hatch, tha bushez on ur auto tranz and mayb even ur exhaust system.
