SA - 82 JA Starion Blue

Post by zegga »

1982 JA Starion -
Originally metallic blue but was resprayed bright blue before I bought it. (Isn't the best paint job, there are a few runs)
Interior is tidy. Carpet, back seats, console and dash still all in great condition. Front seats have been replaced with ones from an FC RX7 original seats were uncomfy and worn grey leather.
Comes with a MOMO steering wheel. I have the original steering steering wheel also.
All electrics still work perfectly.
Engine runs well
Rear shocks have leaked and are worn but comes with a brand new set of shocks.
Has a bit of rust. Bottoms of the doors, mudguards and is bubbling through on the front of the bonnet.

It's up! That car has got a lot of potential. What ever happened to those JA wheels?
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
How?

Willing to shoot a pic under the bonnet?

Friends call me Ashgan or Ash... But you can call me failchanic. If there's a routine maintenance job that exists on a starion, then chances are i've failed at it.

First attempt fails include:
-Changing indicator light
-Changing spark plugs
-Changing belts
-Changing airfilter
-Changing oil
-Removing rear strut
-Replacing front strut
