I have no way to confirm this, but some 84-86 Sigma's used Jap 5 speed boxes. Maybe the speedo gear is the same or similar. Someone needs to check first.

Yes some sigmas used jap 5 speeds. However there diff raio is different so the speedo gear will not be the same.

May be able to help.
I have just put a Scorp diff in a GN Sigma wagon.
The old BW diff was 3.42:1.
The Scorp diff is 3.33:1.

I've managed to adjust the speedo spring so it's within 3KPH at 100KPH (reading high).

Too lazy to get it exact but as long as it reads high, I'm happy.

PM or call me.

Cheers.
