For Sale - 300rwhp Long Motor

Hi,

I'm selling the engine in my car to make way for an upgraded setup. The engine is the same that I ran in the Summernats in 2007.

The engine will be selling as a long motor assembled, e.g. block and head:
- Including timing gear, waterpump, standard rocker cover and front timing covers
- Excluding attachments such as manifolds, alternators, hoses etc.

This engine has supported a genuine 300rwhp on pump fuel while being reliable and consistent as a weekend driven street car for the past 4 years. The engine is in good running condition and I can demonstrate its performance to serious buyers.

If you have aftermarket engine management then this engine will provide an excellent basis for an upgraded induction / turbo setup.

Asking $2,500 as is.

What pistons?
Just in case someone want to go VR4 head later.

The pistons are custom made and won't suit a twin cam setup. The engine was build by Chris at BTL and is built on a combination that provides driveability, reliability and performance based on his experience building tough starions since the early 90's.

The engine is in the car and running well so I am happy to take serious buyers for a drive.

I'm making way for a different engine combination and I'd rather sell this while its in the car - that way the buyer can experience how it performs.
