We have put our house on the market (no I am not giving the house away) and need to empty my garage.
I have a fully reconditioned 4g63 fwd motor out of a Jap Cordia (I think), previous owner had spent near $2k on the refresh. I tried to sell it last year but no takers? anyway it has sat in the corner since and needs to go now or I will be forced to dump it.
Who wants it? I should take the head off as it has supposedly had new valve seals and seats inserted etc

yeah it'll be narrowblock if FWD, and if it's FWD it'll most likely be from an E15A Galant/Eterna. Cordias in Jap land never came out 2.0L, either 1.6 turbo, 1.8 N/A or 1.8 ECI turbo
