In app 6 weeks my existing head will be for sale
SPECS ARE AS FOLLOWS were carried out on a NEW bare head
1 port & polish
2 cc chambers
3 std inlet valves
4 3mm os ex valves
5 double valve springs
6 35-70 Ralliart copy cam
7 3mm os ex ports (same size as a 64 head )
8 custom inlet manifold with bellmouths in the plenum port matched to the head &HPC coated
9 580cc injectors recently cleaned & tested
10 60 mm magna tb
11 steampipe HPC coated ex manifold t3 flange

NOTE this combo has made 280 hp ATW at 18psi on a tired bottom end and 328 hp ATW on my stroker

hi mate, are you willing to seperate? if so, what would you be asking for just the inlet setup? if not, what would you be asking for the complete package?

will separate as a last resort but this combo is a proven performer

Go to C&E Page 4 "pics of starion cruise for engine bay shots Note the bottom half of the manifold is L300 PORTED & the rest consists of 90 deg mandrel bent runners with bellmouths inside the plenum all hpc coated with a 60mm tb

Here is the breakdown of what it cost me
1 new bare head (just priced one today $700 trade ) $500
2 port,polish ,cc chambers, std in & 3mm os ex valves ,enlarge ex ports 3mm diameter & double valve springs $700
3 rallyart copy cam $275
4 L 300 manifold port matched to head $80
5 custom plenum & runners $350
6 hpc no5 above $85
7 60mm tb $85
TOTAL $2075

hey mate not trying to be smart ass but im making 269hp at the wheels with a bog stock head and a 1.8L bottom end... so yeah

you may have that much power, but I assume you have other supporting mods to get you there.

Rad stated that these figures hit 280 hp ATW with a 2.0litre, and 328 hp ATW with the stroker. All on a TIRED bottom end.
