Cheap runabout wanted, brisbane, in september...

Post by Defective »

i thought id be cheeky and start looking for transport now...

im not looking for a starion, just something cheap and reliable. Fuel economy is no biggie, cos il be loving paying a hell of a lot less than $2.23 a litre like i do at the moment...

im thinking something like a fairmont or similar, prefer no holdens, but hell, if its cheap il look lol.

iv been told i should find a lpg car over there, cos lpg is supposedly real cheap? true?

anyway, let me know what you have...

cheaper the better really... its only gonna be a work hack....

oh, il be in tingelpa, brisbane about the 2nd week of sept.

yeah it should be well and truly ready to go by then too. putting a good s/h motor in it. its my old white rig that was my main car before the widey came along. has h/d clutch, massively high flowed TC06, 3 inch exhaust from turbo back, tinted windows, maroon velour interior in very good nick, has near new lower ball joints, drag link, and the timing belts/seals tappet cover gasket etc in the new motor are new too. and yes as stated it comes with a rwc. car can be viewed on a hoist before you buy it too if u like. only thing that lets it down is the paint's a bit daggy..
