For sale big diff GroupA Ralliart UK works diff. 4.6 big LSD diff (28 teeth spline drive shafts).
In good condition with diff oil cooler fittings.

Is it a Xtrac centre or standard OEM plate LSD?

usa 6 bolt drive shafts. as ixnay he's running a big diff with 4 stud rear stub axles
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

You can make up a drive shaft with the 28 teeth spline inner and the 4 bolt outer flange. Oscar has made some like this.

yeah ixnay has done it here too. oscar did a runner mark so he's no good for info any more..

yeah oscar sent me some 4 bolt caps with the diff i just swapped them over..


but there was 1 problem the pitch was a bit out so i had to put them in the mill and set them up in an indexer and slot the holes by about 1.3mm to make them bolt up correctly..
SR20 powered starion what have I done..... :P

its not hard if you know what your doing and have access to some good equipment

whats the difference between teh xtrac and the normal?

and any idea on which it is? I'm pretty interested.

Yes I think that's what Oscar said. You have to use the 1987 4 bolt because the CV's are the same size as the 6 bolt. This lets you swap the 6 bolt outer flange to a 4 bolt outer flange. However I didn't realize the 4 bolt pattern is slightly different to ours, bugger.

Apparently the earlier US cars have a different size CV which means you can't mix and match. I am not sure what spec our OZ cars are.
