sad day for smokers in victoria

as of today the first of may it is now illeagal for people to smoke within a 4 meter distance of a restaurants and even in pubs & clubs just thought i would let you know cause there is a nice 100-500 buck fine that comes with getting caught

i did the same don't worry. I think if people want to smoke and kill themselves, they should do it away from anyone else.
The one law that they SHOULD introduce, should be that it is illegal for parents or anyone else to smoke around minors. Especially children under 10.

Amen! One of my all time pet peeves. only thing worse is those that smoke while pregnant.
Is it legal to have an all-smoking pub or club? I'd not want to go, but it'd tend to keep the smokers happy.
