Hi, I have aquired the MMC starion workshop manual for 1986 and 1987 supplement.
this covers europe, aussie and general export models. (its a massive manual)
If i was to undertake the vast task of scanning this book would there be any takers for a copy on CD or such. (id imagine it would take up a lot of space)
It is ultra detailed for even the dummest of Mitsi mechanics :P

I'm sure somebody would host it so we all could use it! pdf files are quite small!

You could takle it to a digital copy centre and see what they say? they'd probably charge an arm and a leg tho : (

Yeah I got This Manual off trademe !
Car is going good. Just been fixing up a few things that werent done right the first time around , and some general manitanance.
(the gasket under the turbo was an el-cheapo and had blown out many moons ago ! , replaced it with a s/steel "factory" type deal and it goes much better and boosts earlier)
I'll be test running the new photocopier at work for the scanner today !
I'll let u all know when ive got it finished !

Our copier here will scan and emails a pdf file to you (of 1 or many pages depending what you feed in). If yours is similar, stitch the pdf's together and make a complete manual.
