hahaha, my friend in Japan has found a good set of wide body guards for me, prob wont happen due to shipping and so on, but he said they have the complete shell that he can get bits off. (hands off!)
it seems the japs call them 'blister fenders', there is your useless bit of info for the day. :D
what is the little computer called again? the one in the dash that does cool stuff? might see if he can find one and bring it back in hand luggage. (next to my big vr4 injectors :D ) what dose it need beside the unit itself? do I need sensors or anything?

Is he going to cut the rear quarters off as well? You might as well get the whole car over here.

If you want the velnas , you will need the speedo cable aswell , if you can't get one , get the digital dash. The digital dash also sends out pulses (5 times too many , but I have designed a divide by 5 circuit that will correct that problem , about $10 parts). Make sure you get the FULL velnas harness , or things will get tricky.

I found it on this site:

Click on GALLERY and then find SHIFT1313's car and click on that.

ok, thanks..... uhhhhhh, where is the screen? don’t tell me it doesn’t have a cool screen?!? or do I have to use the one out of that archaic looking deck? does the spedo cable have a "thingy-ma-bloop" on it, and how does that work? and LXS, what bits did you miss? its just the 4 guards, fuel cap cover, sill panels. isn’t it?

I think LxS means that it will be cheaper to ship the whole car here than to get the required parts.
Also don't forget the hubs etc for the 5 stud wheel conversion :)

Are you sure the speedo cables on Velnas equipped and non equipped starions are different? I know the actual speedo units are different, the one in my velnas quipped car has a little electronic sender unit on it (analogue).

What i meant was get the whole car (that way you dont have any dramas)
If your getting the front guards and rear quarters, keep in mind you also need the sideskirts, rear wing, b pillar vents, air damn, front bar(if you have a ja) the 'L' blinkers and side mirrors.
Also, if you dont opt for the 5 lug conversion, your wheels will sit very sunken in.
