Austarion suspension

I just got suspended from Austarion.
I've changed ISP's so i thought that i had better change my email address in my profile. It then automatically logged me off and i couldn't get back on again as it wouldn't accept my password. As you can probably imagine there was some rather colourful language being directed at the computer.
It wasn't until i checked my email about 10 minutes later i saw a message saying i had to reactivate my account
