Ever locked the keys in the car?

Post by gotrice? »

don't know if this would work but....

If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, just call someone on your cell phone who has another set. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the other person at your home or wherever press the unlock button, holding it near the phone on their end. Your car will unlock.

Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away and if you can reach someone who has the other "remote" for your car you can unlock the doors (or the trunk!).

It is actually possible. All mobile phones are full duplex , and you could modulate the RF (usually VHF/UHF) quite easily on a microwave (phone) signal. Try and use a phone with shitty filtering.

i am 100% sure that this will not work...feel free to prove me wrong, but the phone system is NOT designed to pass RF modulated signals.

I don't think a cell phone microphone would capture such frequencies either :? well not accuratley at least.

ide agree wit hthat...most are around 300-500mhz for the remote controllers...ide just say it is the actual type of signal rather than the level of the note though.

mabey you could have someone throw a brick from miles away, after a month or so one might go through your window?
