what i find the easiest way is to take the pics small to start with ,adjust size on camera ,then they up load real quick
640x480 , the other way is to email them to yourself ,it will ask you if you want resize them say yes and send the pic they should be alot smaller have fun its pretty easy

well I use Photoshop to resize my pics just open photo shop then open the pic, then click on image on the tool bar at the top then scroll down to Image size and click that then a window will open with the current size of the image then you can change the pixel dimensions from here. Usually its locked so you change the width and the hight will change accordingly. I like to use 800 pixel widths.

if you don't have photo shop but do have a computer with XP and outlook you can do this instead, high light the image/s that you want smaller then right click and scroll to send to then mail recipients then a window will pop up and say something like windows can resize your images so as they send fast or something, click make all my images smaller then you will be taken to outlook with the smaller pic saved in the attachments right click on the attached image and save to a folder and there you have it a smaller image.

thats my ways anyways

If you use Windows XP, get the "Image Resizer" powertoy:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... ySetup.exe

Resizing tool, how handy. Saves opening up paint and stuffing round.

A Little late, but the easiest resizing program to use is a freeware program called Irfanview (can't be bothered checking what the website is, probably irfanview.com). Good quality resizes, much quicker to load than photoshop, can adjust quality of saved files, also good for viewing pics

Goto IMAGE, STRETCH/SKEW, then insert say 50% and 50% in the horizontal and vertical stretch values, then click OK.

OK?

Yes, I can see decoy uses photoshop as his weapon..... like a 50Kg double edged battle axe!

look at one of his previous efforts!

Now, this is quality work! LOL

I especially like the colour coded mirror and extended bonnet scoop

(the blur tool must be his SECOND favorite)
