OK boys and girls,
To start some serious organising I need some feedback. Please fill in the details below so I can start to get some idea of numbers and preferences. (Some questions may appear anal but will help to get a sample and arrange bookings etc)
How sure are you of attending? Definite. 80-90% 50% 30% or only if your mum/wife/girlfriend says so.
Will you be "entering" a car. If so how many?
Would you participate in show n shine?
Would you participate in some "soft" driving events on a closed circuit?
Would you prefer a cruise to a destination and/or a novelty event (treasure hunt type of thing"?
If a Saturday night dinner with guest speaker was arranged would you attend?
If entertainment was arranged for either Saturday or Sunday night would you prefer live band, DJ, no entertainment just lots of beer.
For accomodation planning how many people would you bring ie (just me; me and wife/girlfriend; me, wife and 1.5 children; me and 2 mates.).
Would you share accomodation with fellow members?
