Well, the trial fitting went ahead today, and everything seems to be in order... there is plenty of clearance between the bonnet and the bar, and the rear brace looks a treat! So, anyone who is interested should contact grumbly and order one,(or two) depending on what you need! My order is placed, and price still needs to be finalised, but all who said they would get one need to follow through with their word, and the NZ boys need not worry about paying huge shipping costs, as grumbly said he knew of a way to get the bars over there fairly cheaply! Maybe grum could post some pics of the trial bar for all to see!

Sounds good to me :)

Final Price and if there is one, a picture?

Souinds like a quality item, and something I should grab early before it becomes a drama to find again in a few years. Kind of like the white guage thing.

As one of the 3 people who went for a look at the strut brace prototype / demo model
Got to see the one he had made for his cordia and it was a nice piece of work :D
unfortunatley didnt take pictures coz didnt bring digital camera :( however was told there was a picture on a cordia forum somewere.

I can say it was polished and would compliment the engine bay extreemly well and make my engine look like a turd underneath of it. (needs a clean in there)

Grumbly take a photo of urs on cordia and post it, show it off.

Yes, you will have to wait for grumbly to post a pic, and they look quite nice polished(you won't have to polish them, they will already be done)
End plates may be chromed, or powder coated, unsure yet, as grum needs to get costings for chrome plating, may be an option of both.... but be patient, It will take a while to build them.....more info will be supplied when available

A quick update guys, and apologies for the time taken. Drawings going to the laser cutters next week, then should be able to set a firm price.
To help offset my costs, I may do a discounted pre purchase offer. So if you are keen for a set, want a discount and are willing to pay and wait, contact me.
