A quick google tells us that:

CiäLÎs is Cialis with funny characters to avoid spam detection of emails
Cialis is a drug used so grandad can keep his flag high.

i got like 4 emails from austarion yesterday, all telling me about the starion registry, all at the same time... a bit of a glitch?

Nope, wasn't a glitch, well, not from any software. Just a bit of computer operator error :D I only got it twice. I think the server was slow and someone got excited, eh deeks? :P
