Brendan was kind enough to register his car, but I'm a little lost on what each digit means. The VIN is...

2: D = ?
3: Y = ?
4: 7 = ?
5: X = ?
6: 2 = ?
7: 4 = ?
8: T = ?
9: G = ?
10: 1 = ?
