SYD CRUISE - Sunday, Ranch Hotel 1pm -> La Parose

Well, it's been almost what? 5 months? since I moved from sunny Adelaide to traffic-riddled Sydney, and I have not had time to scratch my nits, let alone go on a Staz cruise! How sad is THAT!!!!
So when's the next one ppls?... Yes, I know I've been a bad, bad boy, not logging onto the forum and stuff...
but what can I say? Work's been busy, my new bike is so much fun, I discovered sex, we've had christmas, new years', etc etc etc, I've been having to learn my new job and get to know my new surroundings, blah blah blah, it's been raining when I've wanted to take the staz out....
It's only been out of the garage about 4 times in the last 5 months!
So how about it? (not next weekend tho, in Tassie)

How is the new habitat junkie. Your non-attendance to cruises definately make a difference back here in Adelaide. It seems impossible to crack 7. You wouldn't happen to be in contact with the family that lived down the road from you in adelaide. You know the guy you know (spray painter) who has a son with a nice looking red one with tan interior and ralliart sticker on front apron.
Get him onto the site or pass his number onto decoy. We need to brake 7!
Uuuuummmmm...

I think you have me confused, Inspector... hehehe.. I don't know anyone who's a spraypainter who has a son with a red staz.... Or do you mean Angelo, and his son George, both of whom have a staz? (Hobby spray painter)
I've tried, believe me. George has his own set of mates he likes to go out with, he's into the staz cos it's a kewl car, not cos it's a Starion. Angelo might come out with his JD one day, I'll talk to him, but he's not on the net often.
Anyways, re the Syndey cruise (it's nice to be missed btw gadget, thanks) Last sunday in Jan sounds fine to me, see how many others it suits. Otherwise it might just be a small crooze.... which is cool also.
Say, LXS, I've notice everytime I go to Syd airport (and I go often) there's a sweet red widebody parked in the (employee?) carpark. know who that might be?

Starjunk: No idea who owns the red one yet. I found silver widebody a few weeks back and theres a nice red JB parked just off stoney creek road near husrtville.
Cookie: Is your car still street reg?

Towards the end of January "might" be OK. At the moment all my spare time is spent either skiing or getting the track car mobile. (Its getting close and if some of the tradies I need can get their arses back to work for some bits and pieces I need it should all be finished real soon)
Maries car is a goer so if a crooze is on we should be there.
As Cookie said, if you want to drop round any time, do so, you're always welcome. (Gav will be sooo jealous rofl )

there have been and will be nsw cruises, wakefield is looking at late feb/ early march and then powercruise on the easter weekend for a bit of dori action for me and camotec at least, LXS can put her car in show n shine and i expect everyone in nsw who has a working car in nsw to atleast show up if your not competing. Entry is $100 if its put in before 31/1 and goes up to $200 if its put in in march, thats for 3 days worth of fun. spectating is $70 for the full 3 days or 25/35/35 for the individual days.

OK lets go.
Sunday 30th January.
Possible destinations -
North = Palm Beach or Wisemans Ferry (could be a surprise on the day)
West = Bells Line of Road to somewhere
South = National Park Waterfall or Wollongong
East = Bondi (yuk) or La Perouse.
or here's a wild card - Bass Hill drive-in on Saturday night.
Meeting place to be decided when direction decided. If no one can make up their minds it'll be a lucky dip on the day.
BTW - I am only making these suggestions coz generally everyone says "where will we go" and no one ever usually agrees.
