No thats not sic its junk, check out the condition of the body and engine bay. What a piece. Oh and I bet its one of those failed projects that ended up running like a dogs breakfast and handling like a pig.

I give the guy points for trying something different...
You cant say how it runs, if the guy (or lady :smokin ) did it themselves then thats great, if it's not a perfect car thats understandable, not everyone is a panel beater as well.....

or mayhaps got built by previous owner and the current owner has let it run down a bit...

regardless, its a damn impressive idea and implementation.

No thanks.
A bit of a travesty really.
At the very least it could have been a Lexus V8.
Mitsubishi Motors in Mitsubishi cars!!!!!! :glare:

But thought it was a rather unusual Starion auction :)
Its one of three Starion's on trademe, 87 EX, 88 EX, and the Supercharged V8.

Yeah! pull off the bonnet and cruise Canberra during the summernats! Oh, and remove the mufflers too :D

Once sorted, that would do some interesting numbers, good on him for doing somthing unusual.
it's allways good to see somone that has made there own decisions and not just done what everyone else has

certainly is a trick bit of gear, I would be wary though, engines that are in cars they dont normally belong in are just troublesome. They have problems continously and sometimes you never get all of the bugs out... A for effort though
