Fitting Intercooler

I was thinking of posting progress photos of the fitting of my new intercooler :twisted:

Would anybody be interested, or a i waisting my time :?:

Especially where you run pipework, mount cooler etc.

dont forget its a sapporo not a starion, so the mountings and pipes might be different :?

If we starion owners cop the cordia stuff, you must cop heaps of Scorpion comments.. A friend in Melbourne has a Sapporo as well, but it is in the process of being rebuilt from scratch. Very stealthy..

I have added a photo of the old cooler fitted, with the new one sitting below it. the new cooler has yet to have the end tanks made
i have more photos but my works firewall keeps stopping me from adding them

note: the old cooler is for sale. its ok if running the standard intake manifold. i also have alot of the pipe work, including the piece that clamps up to the throtlebody. more details call 0412 475 321

Barney should be good. How come you didnt go for a little bit bigger cooler?

1. i got this core cheap :)

2. it will look alot bigger once it has tanks.

I took it to SST automotives in perth. Steve said that cooler is good for 350hp @ the wheels. more than i plan on having
