New garage setup ideas

Hey all
Well its looking highly likely that we will be leaving the big smoke later this year and moving down to Tauranga.
Were going to be building a house there, off the plans with a few modifications. Garage is a 6m by 6m with internal access.
Im looking into what things i should have installed at the build phase to save hassle later on.
Wifey says underfloor heating and a pit are both out of the question haha :-)
So far ive come up with at least 4 double power points, and a 15amp plug for welders. Lighting wise was thinking fluro tubes everywhere although im not that knowledgable in that area.
Will be building my own stainless workbench, and partitioning off a corner with a separate bench for cutting, grinding and welding.
The starion plus parts have the whole space too :)

If anyone has any other things that they think should go in or ideas or thoughts post them up pls - as options are open at the moment.
Cheers

As much as id love the hoist dont think the 2.4m stud height will quite handle that!

At this early stage I would definitely factor in some plumbing - I always wished I had a tap & sink in my garage - if you don't do it now it probably won't ever happen..

and second the beer fridge - MUST have!

Make sure that dryer is well ducted outside, don't want the moist air rusting all your bare metal parts! :-).

How about increase the size to 6.4 x 6.4m, particularly Width to allow for some side shelving!
And don't forget the black & white chequered tile flooring :D

Lighting is always great, i upgraded two 100watt incandescent bulbs to these brilliant fluorescent tube lights. Not casting a shadow is awesome! Wall mount everything where possible haha.
